Director of Finance and Accounting

What you'll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and monthly and annual closes
• oversee accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, treasury, cash management, billing, and revenue recognition
• supervise and mentor accounting staff
• manage tax and 401(k) compliance
• coordinate with external advisors
• maintain internal controls and risk frameworks
• improve financial systems, reporting, and automation.
