What you'll do

• Supervise sales team activities and schedules
• train and onboard team members
• ensure compliance with store policies and merchandising standards
• greet customers, answer phones, and resolve escalated issues
• receive and verify orders
• operate registers and store computers
• stock shelves and take inventory
• support store cleaning and merchandising
• perform keyholder opening and closing duties
• handle cash balancing, deposits, accounts receivable tasks, and sales, month-end, and payroll reports.
