This role exists to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, facilitating groups and fostering client engagement. The facilitator will work collaboratively with a clinical team to enhance programming and ensure the best possible care.

What you'll do

• Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and curriculum.
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion.
• Participate in collaborative Treatment Team and Group Supervision.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff.
• Monitor treatment documentation to ensure timely and professional notes.
• Maintain professional ethics and boundaries.

Experience

Master's degree in mental health or related field; experience working with youth and young adults; skilled in conducting group treatment.
