Job overview

The Product Manager, Revenue Cycle Management role is onsite in New York, NY, with compensation of $160,000–$200,000 per year. Alpaca Health builds software and back-office infrastructure to help clinicians launch and scale clinics, starting in autism care. The role owns the planning, implementation, and rollout of internal tools and automations that help Alpaca Health serve clinicians. By mapping complex workflows, prototyping solutions, and owning outcomes and metrics, the Product Manager supports scalable operations as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Define complex problems and identify high-impact solutions
• redesign workflows across people, systems, and external partners
• select automation, integrations, product changes, and AI solutions
• prototype and ship tools and workflows using code and AI-native tools
• work with the Head of Operations & Strategy to define success and own metrics and outcomes.
