The engineer contributes to bridge and structural design for transportation and development projects under the guidance of senior engineers. The role develops calculations, analyses, plans, estimates, and reports while coordinating with project teams and supporting field reviews and construction documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform bridge and structural design tasks
• prepare and check calculations, quantities, and cost estimates
• develop structural analysis models and interpret results
• support planning studies and structure selection reports
• assist with plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimates
• coordinate drawings with drafting staff and other disciplines
• participate in field reviews and site inspections
• review shop drawings and contractor submittals
• provide technical input for reports and project documentation.
