What you'll do

• Provide Tier 3 support for in-house systems and site-specific enhancements
• maintain supported IT systems and server operating systems at required versions
• install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot systems and software
• support incident, change, and configuration management
• administer Active Directory users and groups
• support VMware virtual machines and virtual desktops
• support DNS, DHCP, backup and restore, SAN fundamentals, and desktop imaging
• and assist with PowerShell scripting and automation as needed.
