By supporting property operations, residents, staff, and compliance, the Area Manager helps keep communities running effectively across the portfolio.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on operational coverage at properties during absences, vacancies, and lease-ups
• support marketing, leasing, administrative, and office operations as needed
• conduct unit showings and assist prospects and residents
• process applications, recertifications, renewals, leases, rent payments, and delinquency matters
• maintain resident, maintenance, accounting, budget, and marketing records
• oversee maintenance activity
• support and coach on-site employees
• assist with marketing, budgeting, reporting, and bank deposits
• help train and onboard new site team members
• follow Fair Housing requirements and company policies.
