What you'll do

• Assist with staffing, sales, and store operations
• ensure quality customer experience and beverage standards
• maintain store appearance, cleanliness, food safety, and equipment
• interview, hire, train, and develop staff
• provide performance feedback
• create schedules
• support sales and expense management
• maintain sales metrics, cash handling, point-of-sale, safety, and financial reporting standards.
