What you'll do

• Oversee contract operations and compliance with the Statement of Work
• serve as primary contact for the COR and Government Technical Supervisor
• lead distributed teams
• coordinate staffing coverage, subcontractors, and site leads
• review timecards and invoices
• provide required reporting
• monitor service metrics and patient support outcomes
• maintain quality controls and compliance with federal regulations, HIPAA, and NIH policies.
