What you'll do

• Responsible for overall management, leadership, growth, and profitability of the community.
• Plan, develop, direct, monitor, and support all operational, administrative, health & wellness, human resources, customer service, and fiscal activities.
• Achieve and maintain stabilized occupancy through effective marketing and service delivery.
• Foster a community environment reflecting company values.
• Develop and retain high-performing department heads.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
