What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects
• document medication administration and changes in residents’ conditions
• follow state regulations and facility policies
• assist with medication inventory, resident care routines, laundry as needed, and housekeeping
• review care plans
• respond to call lights
• maintain room cleanliness and confidentiality
• assist with orientation and development of new aides.
