What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical operations and resident care
• lead, mentor, schedule, and support nursing and caregiving teams
• conduct resident assessments and oversee care planning
• coordinate healthcare services with physicians, pharmacies, families, and outside providers
• manage medication systems and clinical documentation
• maintain quality assurance and infection control
• support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and survey readiness
• ensure regulatory compliance.
