What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care
• oversee four physicians, seven nurse practitioners, and two physician assistants
• monitor provider productivity
• partner with the Chief Medical Officer to improve clinical workflows and operations
• coordinate provider schedules and coverage
• share call responsibilities averaging one to four calls per month.

Why this role

The role is split 50% clinical practice and 50% leadership and administration, follows a Monday–Friday schedule, and reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
