This lead role oversees facility operations during opening and closing shifts while helping customers, preparing vehicles for the wash tunnel, and maintaining a safe, consistent service experience.

What you'll do

• Provide friendly customer service, greet customers, explain procedures, and answer questions
• explain unlimited passes at pay stations
• inspect and prepare vehicles and guide them safely into the wash tunnel
• check that vehicles are in neutral and inspect truck beds and roof racks
• assist with cleaning and equipment maintenance
• follow company procedures.
