Executive Director, Senior Living Community

The Executive Director role is onsite in Fuquay-Varina, NC, with compensation of $85,000–$95,000 per year. TerraBella provides lifestyle and care options including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and respite. The Executive Director leads the community’s operations, overseeing departments and ensuring resident-centered service, regulatory compliance, and performance against financial and occupancy goals. The role supports the community’s ability to deliver its care and lifestyle programs while meeting its operating objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage community operations in accordance with owner, board, management, and legal requirements
• model a resident-centered vision
• build local business relationships and oversee business development
• ensure regulatory compliance and accurate resident files
• prepare and manage budgets, revenue, occupancy, room rates, expenses, and financial reporting
• oversee departments and operating programs including memory care, clinical, dining, and social programs
• lead hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Why this role
