Field Technician — Utility Engineering

The Field Technician — Utility Engineering role is onsite in Montclair, CA. Pay is $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and productivity, plus a per diem rate for overnight trips. The technician collects field information about utility facilities and equipment to support engineering design. What you'll do

• Collect field data, including attachment heights, span distances, and angles
• use PPE and safe driving practices
• submit maps, field notes, and digital images
• operate and maintain cameras, measuring tools, and PPE
• communicate with project leadership
• represent the company with customers and stakeholders
• work independently and safely
• assist in the office and attend training as needed.
