What you'll do

• Organize and prepare the food cart menu as directed by the chef and kitchen staff
• assist with guest service
• maintain cart sanitation
• handle cash, credit card, and comp transactions
• set up, maintain, break down, and clean food cart stations
• prepare food as assigned
• wrap, date, and label food after each shift
• prepare for rush periods
• operate sales systems
• follow regulatory, departmental, and casino policies.
