What you'll do

• Market and lease available apartments in compliance with fair housing laws
• provide customer service and build connections with residents
• manage rent collection, deposits, and lease administration using OneSite
• maintain a waitlist
• oversee renovation and preparation of vacant units
• bid and negotiate service contracts
• procure building supplies and manage vendors
• ensure maintenance and repairs are completed promptly
• respond to resident requests and complaints.
