The Key Holder role is onsite in Southlake, TX. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. The Key Holder supports Saint Bernard’s retail store and serves as acting manager on duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager step away. The role leads the floor during a shift, supports sales and guest service, and maintains store operations. It helps ensure customers receive a consistent experience while the team meets merchandising, coverage, and closing or opening standards.

What you'll do

• Lead by example in customer service and floor presence
• coach support staff on pickups, phones, greeting, and replenishment
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• welcome guests and support fitting room and ski boot fitting experiences
• open and close the store, handle cash and deposits, and manage alarms
• maintain merchandising standards and organize ski shop tools and boot-fitting areas
• verify break coverage
• send end-of-day recap emails
• assign zones and responsibilities
• adjust floor staffing as traffic changes
• keep downtime productive
• address minor performance issues and communicate larger issues to the General Manager.
