What you'll do

• Set up and maintain assigned stations
• prepare and cook menu items to recipes, techniques, portion standards, and presentation expectations
• coordinate timely service with the culinary team
• follow allergy, dietary, and special-request procedures
• label, date, store, and rotate food using FIFO
• monitor ingredient quality
• follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• maintain a clean workstation and equipment
• communicate operational concerns
• assist with opening, closing, preparation, and cleaning.
