The work supports financial accuracy and organizational growth through invoicing, payment application, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and process controls.

What you'll do

• Generate and distribute customer invoices in Oracle
• process and post check, ACH, and wire payments
• follow up on delinquent accounts
• resolve billing disputes and payment discrepancies
• reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger
• prepare aging and cash performance reports
• support tax returns, month-end close, audits, credit applications, policies, workflows, and internal controls.
