It provides technical and team leadership while maintaining project quality, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, helping deliver engineering solutions from assessment and planning through design.

What you'll do

  • Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, wells, boosters, reservoirs, sewer mains, lift stations, force mains, and odor control
  • support water and sewer planning and master plans
  • pursue business development and maintain client relationships
  • assemble and coach project teams
  • negotiate scopes, schedules, and fees
  • manage project budgets and schedules
  • coordinate project resources
  • perform quality assurance and quality control
  • guide technical staff
  • prepare invoices
  • and support staff development.
