What you'll do

• Provide strategic and operational support to Multifamily Digital program leadership
• lead transformation initiatives and coordinate planning across programs and teams
• facilitate requirements sessions and translate needs into user stories, features, and priorities
• collaborate with product, business, architecture, and development teams
• support Agile planning, roadmaps, backlog refinement, dependencies, and milestones
• create executive dashboards and reports
• apply program governance, resource planning, risk management, and portfolio oversight practices.
