The role helps train and guide staff, resolve escalated guest concerns, maintain ticketing and communication workflows, and support event preparation and execution during a seasonal assignment expected to run from around October 5 through around January 8.

What you'll do

• Deliver customer service across phone, email, SMS, and social channels
• support escalated guest concerns
• assist with ticketing, box office, event setup, ticket inventory, pricing, sales, exchanges, refunds, and check-in
• maintain CRM records and case queues
• conduct quality reviews
• assist with training and scheduling
• support event-day guest services and access control
• maintain records and reports
• and communicate operational updates to leadership.
