Project Specialist – Installation Support

What you'll do

• Answer customer calls and resolve questions or obtain needed information
• maintain working relationships with customers, installers, vendor partners, and staff
• create job folders, communicate with customers, process sale and contract orders, and upload contract documentation daily
• assist with installation and service scheduling, ordering job materials, and pulling building permits.
