What you'll do

• Manage 10–20 concurrent client projects and retainers from kickoff through launch and support
• own schedules and resource plans for a seven-person team
• develop plans, timelines, budgets, and statements of work
• lead status meetings and client check-ins
• track hours and budgets
• manage scope changes and approvals
• oversee quality assurance and launches
• improve project tools and processes
• and coordinate day-to-day delivery with clients and internal leads.
