What you'll do

• Lead cost governance and performance oversight across control accounts
• advise program and engineering leaders
• develop cost roadmaps, budgets, and investment plans
• oversee earned value management compliance
• manage baseline planning, resource allocation, forecasting, and variance reporting
• support customer cost reviews, audits, negotiations, proposals, and risk mitigation
• mentor cost analysts and junior cost account managers.
