Maintenance Technician – Production Operations

The Maintenance Technician – Production Operations is an onsite, full-time, direct-hire role in Coolidge, AZ. Compensation is not specified. The technician joins Bright Innovation Labs’ maintenance team at a contract manufacturing facility with research, production, and warehouse operations. The role exists to keep production lines operating safely and reliably by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and supporting changeovers and improvement projects. The technician works with maintenance and production colleagues to reduce downtime and support quality, safety, and productivity.

What you'll do

• Execute maintenance assignments to minimize downtime and support safety, quality, and productivity
• perform routine and preventive maintenance
• repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
• maintain equipment in safe operating condition
• translate OEM documentation into maintenance standards
• use the CMMS for work orders, inventory, and records
• assist with production-line changeovers and setup adjustments
• follow GMP, SOP, safety, and LOTO procedures
• support improvement initiatives and special projects
• disassemble, inspect, and repair machine parts
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• communicate with maintenance and production teams.
