What you'll do

• Oversee clinical operations and site performance
• maintain systems and processes for current operations and growth
• establish and implement clinical operating policies
• monitor site performance and visit sites regularly
• oversee clinical staff and team leaders
• support staff education, credentialing, and performance evaluations
• lead or support quality and process-improvement initiatives
• maintain quality-control documentation
• prepare performance reports
• support planning, budgets, audits, and required reporting
• coordinate compliance activities and corrective actions.
