What you'll do

• Process weekly payroll for more than 100 employees
• manage payroll across multiple company entities
• handle hourly and commission-based compensation
• review and process timesheets
• administer payroll taxes, including Colorado requirements
• coordinate benefits enrollment, deductions, and updates
• maintain payroll and benefits records
• resolve discrepancies and employee questions
• support 401(k) administration, audits, compliance testing, and contribution reconciliation
• prepare and distribute year-end tax documents, including W-2s.
