What you'll do

• Maintain rental condos, HOA buildings, and equipment through preventive maintenance
• conduct pre-arrival inspections
• coordinate projects with vendors and subcontractors
• maintain critical equipment stock and daily job logs
• repair or replace parts, piping, valves, fittings, drywall, and other components
• perform painting and general repairs
• work with plumbing, electrical, controls, kitchen equipment, and HVAC
• perform snow removal and other resort operations
• follow safety procedures and alert supervisors to unsafe conditions.
