What you'll do

• Process and fulfill customer purchase orders
• monitor and resolve exceptions in automated order-entry systems
• serve as a primary point of contact for hospitals and sales representatives
• utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central for order processing and inventory management
• coordinate product replacements and warranty requests
• investigate fulfillment discrepancies with 3PLs
• partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams
• lead department projects and process improvement initiatives.
