The Youth Coach — Overnight Weekends works onsite in Saint Albans, VT, at the Youth Shelter. Pay is $26.63 per hour, including a $21.63 base rate and a $5.00 shift differential. The role supports youth ages 18–24 in working toward housing stability, healing from trauma, and achieving service-plan goals. The coach provides awake overnight support, helps residents follow daily routines and service plans, and contributes to the supported housing program. The weekend shift is Saturday and Sunday, 1:30–9:30 AM; duties also include resident activities, medication administration, recordkeeping, and communication with other staff.

What you'll do

• Support residents in daily routines and service-plan goals
• accompany residents to activities, job searches, or volunteer opportunities
• administer resident medication
• complete client files, data entry, and critical-incident documentation
• follow up on email and voicemail
• communicate resident updates during shift handoffs
• attend supervision and staff meetings
• support training of new staff and respite personnel as assigned.

Why this role
