What you'll do

• Manage bookings and catering for non-sporting events and banquets
• manage suite-level events
• hire, train, and schedule banquet and catering staff
• oversee community events
• assist clients with bookings and closing business
• direct event setup and teardown
• assist with food and beverage service as needed
• relay orders, allergies, and special requests
• oversee post-event cleaning as needed
• maintain cleanliness and sanitary practices.
