The Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role provides onsite care in home and school settings in Minneapolis, MN, with day, night, and weekend shifts available. Pay is $25–$31 per hour for LPNs and $35–$41 per hour for RNs. Pediatric Home Service supports medically complex children in thriving at home, school, and in their communities. The nurse provides individualized, one-on-one skilled care to children and young adults with complex medical needs. Assessment, treatment, documentation, and family education help patients remain in familiar settings while supporting their health and daily lives.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the care team
• administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• maintain accurate documentation
• support families through education
• and follow individualized care plans and safety practices.
