What you'll do

• Process guest arrivals and departures
• coordinate luggage assistance
• maintain guest and reservation records
• schedule activities and amenities
• answer questions about resort facilities and services
• handle payments, credit card authorizations, folios, cash drawer operations, and daily reconciliation
• operate the switchboard
• distribute mail
• prepare reports
• maintain filing systems
• coordinate with resort departments
• document guest requests and concerns
• maintain lobby and front desk appearance
• monitor coffee station supplies
• report maintenance and cleanliness issues.
