Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with stated compensation of $100,000–$120,000 annually. The position supports Skyline Products’ traffic and price sign and sheet-metal fabrication operations within its Quality Assurance department. The manager leads quality assurance and control across electronic, electromechanical, fabrication, and assembly work. The role helps ensure products are inspected, tested, documented, and compliant with internal, ISO, UL, NEMA, and customer requirements before shipment.

What you'll do

• Plan and direct quality assurance and control activities
• oversee PCB, wiring, LED display, thermal, mechanical, and environmental inspections and tests
• verify workmanship and NEMA-related requirements
• develop inspection checklists, test procedures, work instructions, and records
• confirm documentation and customer requirements before shipment
• maintain and improve the quality management system
• support CAPA, audits, and UL certifications
• manage calibration schedules and records
• maintain traceability documentation.
