The supervisor helps maintain a safe therapeutic residential environment, plans and implements services, supervises clients during activities and leisure time, and guides staff. The role supports adolescents’ development of independent living and social skills within their clinical treatment plans.

Why this role

The overnight schedule is 11 p.m.–7:30 a.m., with one weekday off and every other Saturday and Sunday off; one week of weekday orientation is required in West Chester.
