This role exists to provide expert surgical nursing support, including anesthesia monitoring, drug calculations, and patient recovery. The technician works collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and efficient department operations.
What you'll do
- Assist with anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- perform drug calculations and protocols
- manage IV catheter placement and venipuncture
- maintain sterile technique in the OR
- provide post-operative care and documentation.
