Concrete Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage assigned concrete construction projects
• review drawings, specifications, scope, and contract requirements
• manage budgets, forecasts, costs, risks, schedules, and quality
• conduct pre-startup site visits
• facilitate pre-job meetings
• coordinate with superintendents, foremen, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• support safety plans and project closeout
• coach Assistant Project Managers as needed.
