What you'll do

• Meet membership, retail, and revenue goals
• lead studio culture
• recruit, train, coach, and develop staff
• conduct studio tours and convert prospects
• coach sales, lead follow-up, and member engagement
• build member relationships
• set expectations and monitor performance
• grow local awareness through outreach, partnerships, events, and social media
• oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, maintenance, and reporting
• use CRM, POS, billing, texting, and email systems.
