The LIHTC Leasing Consultant role is listed in Englewood, Colorado, at The Reserve at South Creek. The role also coordinates with property management and maintenance teams and helps residents resolve issues.

What you'll do

• Greet and tour prospective residents
• promote available units and amenities
• explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing
• maintain resident files
• coordinate with the property manager and maintenance team
• process recertifications and renewals
• communicate lease provisions and community policies
• assist with LIHTC applications and annual recertifications
• update waitlists and reports
• support resident satisfaction and move-in/move-out inspections.
