Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid Role - Outpatient (2 days remote/3 days in clinic) This is a hybrid position working 3 days in person at the CORA Tampa clinic location and two days working remotely as a Digital Health Specialist. CORA Physical Therapy provides a full range of outpatient services.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for your patients.
• Uses digital platform to deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development.
• Performs Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services.
• Communicates with the primary treating clinician providing revisions in treatment as appropriate.

What we're looking for

Education

Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (outpatient)
