What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations
• support, mentor, and supervise nursing staff across shifts
• promote a positive team culture
• ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• assist with surveys, audits, state reporting, and plans of correction
• help implement departmental goals, policies, and quality improvement initiatives
• monitor clinical care and resident satisfaction
• participate in staff development, education, and performance management.
