Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Receive and process orders by phone, email, and online

• answer pricing, account, order, and delivery questions

• set up customer accounts
• process invoices, credits, adjustments, returns, and rebilling
• coordinate with internal departments
• follow requests through resolution
• assist with phones, reception, and administrative support.
