What you'll do

• Direct and oversee shift nursing care
• follow resident care plans, physician orders, and facility protocols
• administer medications and treatments, including wound care
• monitor vital signs and clinical conditions
• guide and support CNAs/STNAs
• document assessments, changes, incidents, and shift reports in the EHR
• communicate with physicians, families, and incoming shift leadership.
