Tetra Pak Process Technician — Aseptic Processing

The Tetra Pak Process Technician role is onsite in Bakersfield, CA. Compensation is $40–$60 per hour. The client is a beverage manufacturer operating a regulated production facility focused on product quality, safety, and operational excellence. The technician operates and maintains aseptic processing equipment to support safe, efficient beverage production and food safety compliance. The role monitors critical process parameters, troubleshoots equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and documents process and maintenance activity.

What you'll do

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Tetra Pak VTIS aseptic processing systems
• manage sterilization cycles, aseptic hold procedures, and sterile boundaries
• maintain and diagnose pasteurizers, heat exchangers, homogenizers, pumps, valves, and process equipment
• troubleshoot Alsafe aseptic tanks and CIP/SIP sequences
• monitor temperature, pressure, and flow
• partner with Automation and Maintenance teams on PLC-controlled systems and instrumentation
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• document maintenance, deviations, and equipment performance.
