Maintenance Technician — Residential Property

What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain residential plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• supervise outside contractors as directed
• address routine repair requests
• inspect properties for maintenance needs and safety and fair-housing compliance
• prepare vacant units for rent
• maintain common areas and accurate maintenance and inventory records.
