Assistant Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project submittal and design-document processes, contracts, purchase orders, drawing logs, meeting minutes, permits, subcontracts, change orders, and closeout materials
• assist with planning, scheduling, budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• track progress and prepare status reports
• review blueprints and contract documents
• document field changes
• organize and participate in weekly OAC meetings
• visit job sites regularly.
