The role contributes to the firm's client service by advancing matters through litigation and communicating case developments.

What you'll do

• Evaluate new files
• communicate with clients
• handle discovery production and depositions
• research and prepare legal memoranda
• prepare and argue discovery matters
• prepare substantive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals
• attend pretrial listings, motions, and trial proceedings
• manage files from start to finish.
